Terms of service

Full payment is required on all customized jewelry.

(Customized jewelry):Processing and delivery take up to 3-7weeks as these treasures are not manufactured locally and can not be expedited for any reason. Please keep this time-line in mind before ordering. More often items are delivered within 4th weeks.(6-7 allow grace period for bad weather and customs delay).

(Instock items):2-4 business days.

Payment for sale items must be recieved by 6pm of last day on limited time offers.

Payment must be completed within 3 business days of placing order. 

Payment is via online transfer or direct bank deposit. NO CASH ON DELIVERY. 

No refund on Customized items,as these are done to customer preferences. 

Seller retains the right to use photos of Customized Jewelry for promotional purposes.
